Fapcci seminar on AP from today

The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Fapcci) is organising a two-day seminar on 'Showcasing Andhra Pradesh - Steps towards rapid industrialisation' on June 2-3, 2006 at the Fapcci premises.

The seminar aims to project the state as a premier location for setting up manufacturing industries and attract investment. It will focus on the infrastructure available in the state and the development activity being undertaken by the state government.

Mohd Ali Shabbir, minister for information and public relations, energy, coal, boilers, Andhra Pradesh has consented to be the chief guest for the inaugural session.

T K Dewan, state chief secretary, Geeta Reddy, minister for tourism, sugar, major industries, commerce and export promotion, Andhra Pradesh, Kirankumar Grandhi, managing director, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited, and Vilas Dholye, senior vice-president, Dr Reddy's Labs will be some of the other speakers at the event.
