Military power is key to a nation's rise to great or super power status, Jaitley says

India, which aspires to become a super power, cannot depend on imported defence equipment while ignoring indigenous defence production, Union Minister for Defence, Finance and Corporate Affairs Arun Jaitley writes in a special feature for the Independence Day.
