HC stays externment proceedings against 'Godmother's' son

The Gujarat High Court has stayed externment proceedings against Kandhal Jadeja, son of late 'Godmother' Santokhben Jadeja, who alleged in a petition that his refusal to join ruling BJP in the upcoming elections had invited the action against him. A single judge bench of Justice A J Desai, in its recent order, also sought clarification from the Porbandar district administration by December 21, after the Assembly elections get over.
