Jaya has not shown signs of broken woman: Jailer

All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam supremo J Jayalalithaa is fit and healthy and has not shown any signs of "a broken woman", a jail official said. "I had not seen Jayalalithaa when she was the chief minister. Of whatever I have seen during my prison rounds, she is fit and healthy and has not shown any signs of a broken woman," DIG Prisons, P M Jaisimha said.

Jayalalithaa, who was denied bail by Karnataka High Court following her conviction had on October 10 moved the Supreme Court for bail, the hearing of which is on Monday.
