Mehtas Switched Acc Shares With Jaiprakash: Cbi
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has today established that Harshad Mehta and Ashwin Mehta had switched 1 lakh ACC shares for around 5 lakh shares of Jaiprakash Industries in 1993-94 after the securities scam was exposed, while having claimed to the special CBI court that the ACC shares and others had gone missing.
