Move On 2nd Intl Airport In 3 Weeks

Union civil aviation minister Sayyed Shahnawaz Hussain has assured Maharashtra chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh that a decision on the proposed second international airport at Navi Mumbai would be taken in the next three weeks.

Deshmukh met Hussain on September 25, 2001, to press for a resolution to the issue since City Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) has already acquired 350 hectares for the project.
