No Threat To Nda Govt: Fernandes

The crisis faced by the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) blew over temporarily after Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee hosted a luncheon meeting for the sulking Samata Party leader and former defence minister George Fernandes.

A mellowed Fernandes, who looked satisfied after the two-hour-long meeting, maintained that there was no threat to the Union government.
