PM on brief Kolkata visit tomorrow

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrives here tomorrow on a brief three-hour visit to the city to attend two functions at the Bose Institute and Calcutta University.

Singh will lay the foundation of a new campus of Bose Institute, founded by celebrated scientist Acharya Jagdish Chandra Bose, and later deliver the acceptance speech at the inception ceremony of the centenary session of Indian Science Congress Association during his short stay. He will leave for Delhi in the afternoon.
