Psus Win Right To Evict Squatters

A five-judge Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court last week dismissed a batch of appeals challenging the validity of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act under which the government and public sector undertakings can evict unauthorised persons in a summary manner.
