Servion in pact with US-based ClickFox Inc

Servion Global Solutions has announced that the company has entered into an alliance with ClickFox Inc, a US-based customer behaviour intelligence service provider, to market, sell and provide professional services for ClickFox's suite of customer behaviour analytics tools.

A company statement said that the combination of customer behaviour intelligence from ClickFox and customer interaction domain expertise from Servion will ensure that customers receive top-of-the-line service every time they interact with organisations.

Baskar Subramanian, executive vice-chairman, Servion, said that ClickFox's customer behaviour analytics tools would further reinforce its customer interaction management offerings.

Servion has developed a contact optimisation model to help clients enhance overall customer interaction and satisfaction.

"Our products will become a key part of that model and will support ClickFox and Servion's common goal of establishing customer interaction management best practices around the world," said Marco Pacelli, ClickFox's chief executive officer.
