Wainganga Sugar Stock Auctioned By Pf Dept

The regional provident fund commissioner (RPFC) has auctioned 18,000 bags of sugar belonging to the Wainganga Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana at Devhada tehsil in Bhandara district for recovering pending dues of around Rs 2.13 crore.

The auction took place on Tuesday and the provident fund department actually generated a surplus of Rs three lakh through the sale. The workers of the sugar cooperative had earlier threatened to commit mass suicide in front of the PF commissioner
