Bk of Maharashtra to join BoB-OBC JV in Malaysia

Bank of Maharashtra will become a partner in a joint venture in Malaysia.

According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, "the board of directors have approved, in principle, its interest to be a partner in a joint venture banking company in Malaysia along with Bank of Baroda and Oriental Bank of Commerce."
