ING Vysya to raise capital via QIP route

ING Vysya Bank is planning to raise equity capital by way of private placements to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) and preferential allotment to foreign promoters.

The bank's board of directors is meeting here tomorrow to take a decision in this regard. International Finance Corporation is expected to come into the bank for the second time.
