Private sector lender Lakshmi Vilas Bank is planning to raise Rs 240 crore to 300 crore through the issue of shares on rights basis.
The board of directors has approved the raising of Rs 240 crore to Rs 300 crore of funds through issue of shares on rights basis to the shareholders of the bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.
Shares of Lakshmi Vilas Bank today closed at Rs 122.85, up 1.74 per cent from its previous close on the BSE.
