Lic Eyes 1 Million-Strong Field Force

The leviathan has stirred. Not satisfied with its 2,048 branches and a 792,000 strong army of agents, the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is pushing to increase its field force to 1 million this year and is going all out to woo corporate agents to use their network to hawk its products.
