PNB issue priced at Rs 350-390/shr

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has fixed the price band for its eight crore share offer at Rs 350-390 per share.

According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, the 100% book-built issue is scheduled to open on March 7, 2005 and close on March 11, 2005.

"The minimum lot size for applying in the said issue is 15 shares, and in multiples thereof," the release added.
