Rupee ends higher at 45.55/$

OUTLOOK
The rupee is expected to open between 45.52 and 45.55 against the greenback on Friday.

Sentiment: Bullish

The rupee ended at a 19-week closing high of 45.5400/5500 per dollar on strong foreign fund inflows and easing global crude oil prices.

Premiums on forward dollars ended lower. Annualised premium on the benchmark six-month dollar slid 29 basis points to 2.57 per cent.
