ACC Appointment

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, Director, National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai as Director General, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)-cum-Secretary, Department of Health Research on usual terms of appointment for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
