AMDA will offer 18-24-month programmes for the first three levels of the Accenture's middle management in India; team lead, associate manager and manager.

ISB's Centre for Executive Education and the Centre for IT and Networked Economies (CITNE) have partnered Accenture to develop the curriculum for the academy. The curriculum for each programme covers strategic and tactical aspects of management and has been designed to enable Accenture employees to develop a strong foundation in key delivery management skills as they work on career advancement.

Employees who complete the programme will be awarded a certificate for excellence in delivery management.

"Attracting, developing and retaining top talent is a critical component of Accenture's high-performance strategy and critical to our ability to deliver exceptional client service," Karl-Heinz Floether, Accenture's group chief executive (systems integration, technology and delivery), stated in a press release here on Monday.

According to ISB's deputy dean Ajit Rangnekar, faculty from the ISB's centres of excellence and international faculty from top business schools will participate in this programme.
