Shares of Apcotex Industries rallied 13% to Rs 588, also their record highs on the NSE, after the company announced bonus issue plans.
The board of directors of the company will meet on July 31, 2015 to consider the issue of bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the company, Apcotex Industries said in a regulatory filing.
The board will also consider the audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, the company added.
At 10:20 am, the stock was up 9% to Rs 568 and has seen a combined 45,880 shares changing hands on the counter on the NSE and BSE.
