Crude oil and copper have hit a new high on the Multi Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (MCDEX) as the rupee hit a new low against the dollar.
Copper hit a high of Rs 485.50 per kilogram while crude oil hit a new high of Rs 7,054 per barrel.
Rupee in today's trade against fell to an all time low of Rs 66.0750 against the dollar.

Crude oil and copper have also gained due to supportive data from China and US which has provided good support to the commodity.
"Unrest in Syria has also caused crude oil to gain support on the international market which is also positive for the commodity," said Ajay Keida, MD of Kedia Commodities.
