Crude oil futures for May fell by Rs 19 or 0.37%, to Rs 5,158 per barrel in 364 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the April contract moved down by Rs 18, or 0.35%, to Rs 5,115 per barrel in 4,898 lots.

Trading sentiment weakened after crude oil prices declined in Asian trade ahead of a US crude inventory report.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the May contract shed 24 cents to $93.96 a barrel.
