Indian ADRs gain; IT stocks surge

Indian ADRs surged on Tuesday with MTNL soaring 6% to $1.93. Other communication stock, Tata Communications added 2% to $9.36.'

Tata Motors jumped 4% to $26.08. IT stocks - Infosys and Wipro gained 3% each at $68.92 and $13.58, respectively.

HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank added 2.7% and 2.3%, respectively. Genpact and Sterlite were up 2% each. Patni Computers edged up 1.2% to $19.99.
