June Futures End Higher

Despite the rally in the broad market, the discount in the Nifty increased to around ten points on Friday.

June futures rose by 0.60 points to 1044.65, while the NSE S&P CNX Nifty index settled at 1056.20. July futures gained 0.05 points to 1041.20.

Nifty futures saw a trading volume of Rs 349.13 crore arising out of 16707 contracts. However, there was no significant change in open interest.
