Mustard oil rose by Rs 50 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale oils and oilseeds market today on pick-up in local demand.
Elsewhere, other edible and non-edible oil prices moved in a narrow range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels. Traders said increased demand from local parties mainly pushed up wholesale mustard oil prices.
