Nickel up 0.35% on overseas cues
Increased demand from alloy-makers supported the trade

Nickel futures for January rose by Rs 3.30, or 0.35%, to Rs 938.70 per kg in 1,820 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the February contract traded higher by Rs 2.70, or 0.29%, to Rs 945.40 per kg in 258 lots.
Speculators enlarging their positions supported the trade.
Pick-up in domestic demand, mostly from alloy-makers also helped gains.
Strong metals at the London Metal Exchange (LME), influenced nickel futures trade here.
