Sebi Notifies 10% Annual Creeping Acquisition Limit

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) Thursday notified a hike in the creeping acquisition limit to 10 per cent annually, through an amendment to its Takeover Regulations.

In a formal notification today, Sebi said that the creeping acquisition limit in a year has been increased from 5 per cent to 10 per cent.
