Sensex down 21pts

The Sensex is now down 21 points at 11,445.

ONGC has declined over 2% (Rs 29) to Rs 1,181. Reliance Energy and Ranbaxy have also slipped over 2% each to Rs 445 and Rs 398, respectively.
