Sensex down 36pts; ITC rallies 3%

The Sensex is now down 36 points at 13,596.

ITC has gained 2.5% at Rs 170. Tata Steel has surged over 2% to Rs 469.

Grasim and Satyam have advanced nearly 2% each to Rs 2,314 and Rs 457, respectively.

Dr.Reddy's and ACC have added 1.7% each to Rs 694 and Rs 931, respectively.

Gujarat Ambuja has moved up 1.5% to Rs 125, and HLL has spurted over 1% each to Rs 190.

Reliance Communications has dropped 2.4% to Rs 422. Reliance has slipped 1.6% to Rs 1,391.

Ranbaxy, BHEL, Infosys, Hero Honda and Bharti Airtel are down around 1% each to Rs 352, Rs 2,250, Rs 2,211, Rs 698 and Rs 749, respectively.
