Sensex up 177pts; ONGC down 1%

Satyam, Tata Steel, ICICI Bank, L&T and DLF are up over 2% each.

ONGC is down 1% to Rs 1,018, Hindustan Unilever has lost 0.85% to Rs 245. The other Sensex losers are Bharti, Ranbaxy and Wipro.
