Sensex up 74pts in early deals

The Sensex is now up 74 points at 14,262.

Bharti Airtel has spurted over 1% to Rs 815. Satyam, Maruti and Tata Steel are the other major gainers.

Cipla is down nealry 1% to Rs 252.
