Soyabean surges on global cues
The December contract advanced by Rs 68, or 2.15%, to Rs 3,227 per quintal

Soyabean prices spurted by Rs 68 to Rs 3,227 per quintal in futures trading today following speculative buying by traders in tandem with firm overseas markets cue.
Marketmen said rise in its prices at foreign markets mainly encouraged traders to raise holdings.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, the December contract advanced by Rs 68, or 2.15%, to Rs 3,227 per quintal, with an open interest of 17,560 lots.
The January contract also shot up by Rs.66, or 2.06%, to Rs 3,266 per quintal, having an open interest of 1,88,830 lots.
