PI Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on June 30 to consider the possibility of offering rights shares to the existing shareholders.

The board of directors of Warren Tea Ltd at their meeting held today (June 26) recommended dividend at Re 1 per equity share, in respect of the financial year ending March 31.
