Sugar closes quiet on some support

The wholesale sugar prices continued to be asked at previous levels in the national capital today in thin trade against ample supply.

Market analysts said adequate stocks position to meet the ongoing festive season demand mainly kept the sweetener prices unmoved.

Sugar ready M-30 2,950-3,075 and S-30 2,925-3,040
Mill delivery M-30 2,800-2,950 and S-30 2,790-2,930
