46 killed in double car bomb attack in Syria's Homs city

At least 46 people were killed in separate car bomb and suicide attacks in Homs and southern Damascus on Sunday.

According to the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, most of those killed appeared to be civilians.

The organisations also stated that the toll could rise further.
