Aamer's late flourish helps Oman stun Ireland in World T20

Aamer Ali's late flourish helped Oman register a thrilling two-wicket win over Ireland in the World Twenty20 qualifier clash in Dharamsala on Wednesday.
Electing to bat, Ireland made 154 for five in their stipulated 20 overs, thanks to Gary Wilson (39), and strong opening stand between William Porterfield (29) and Paul Sterling (29).
In reply, Oman, which made their World T20 debut, chased down the target with two balls to spare.
Zeeshan Maqsood was the top scorer for his side with 38, while Ali turned out to be hero of the match with his brisk 32 off mere 17 balls.
The top sides from Group A and B will move in to the Super 10 stage, which will feature the eight established teams of world cricket.
