Abhinav Bindra clinches gold medal in 10 metre air rifle event at Asian Air Gun Championship

Olympic champion Abhinav Bindra clinched the gold medal in the 10 metre air rifle event at the Asian AirGun Championship here on Sunday with a score of 208.8 points.

London Olympics bronze medallist Gagan Narang and Chain Singh finished fourth and sixth respectively in the event.

An international shooting competition is being held in India after a gap of almost five years, the last being the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games.
