Abhishek Bachchan was recently spotted launching NBA's online store at the Four Seasons hotel in Mumbai.
The store, which is NBA's first venture in India, has been introduced in alliance with Jabong and will offer over 200 NBA merchandises including shorts, jerseys and T-shirts for both men and women.
The 'Dhoom 3' star, who was seen holding a Lakers jersey said, "It's just a fantastic sport and I am so happy that the NBA has made such effort to come to India and promote the sport".
"I think there is a great need for leagues like NBA to come here and share their expertise and help promote on grass root level a sport which I think we Indians can be brilliant at", he added.
Bachchan also expressed his joy and praised both NBA and Jabong for their new endeavor.
