Air Intelligence Unit personnel on Friday recovered crude gold worth Rs 37.65 lakh at the airport in Mumbai.
AIU officials intercepted two Chinese nationals and recovered 1255 grams of crude gold.
Moreover, the officials also seized 585 grams of crude gold worth Rs 17.55 lakh from a Nagpur-based married couple at the airport premises.
Investigation over the matter is underway.
