Celine Dion's husband Rene Angelil recently passed away after fighting a long cancer battle.

Angelil took his last breath at him home in Las Vegas on January 14, reports TMZ.com.

The 73-year-old singer was diagnosed with throat cancer in 1998. His health got so bad in 2015 that Dion took a leave of absence from her Las Vegas show to take care of him.
