Delhi HC orders restoration of Lalit Modi's passport

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday has reportedly ordered the restoration of former Indian Premier League (IPL) Commissioner Lalit Modi's passport.

After this order he can now travel to India.

Modi, who lives in UK now, had earlier challenged the single bench order of January 16 that dismissed his plea challenging the revocation of his passport

The former IPL Commissioner, who has been elected president of the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) but remains banned by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), is reportedly facing an Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigation into allegations of financial irregularities.
