Disney's VertiGo can climb walls

The research wing of Disney has come out with a small, four-wheeled robot that possesses the uncanny ability of climbing up walls.

Called VertiGo, the motorized robot is a joint creation of Disney Research Zurich and ETH Zurich, a university.

Apart from climbing up walls, VertiGo moves at a surprisingly brisk pace, and may soon travel through both urban and indoor environments, claimed the researchers.
