Five killed as car rams into auto rickshaw in Kaushambi

Five people, including one woman, died when a speeding Bolero car rammed into an auto rickshaw filled with passengers on the G T Road here.

The passengers were going to visit Kada Dham's Sheetla Mata Temple when the speeding Bolero car banged into their auto rickshaw.

The incident took place at around 4 a.m. at the Tedhimal roundabout near Puramufti police station.

Out of the deceased, four hail from Jaunpur village. Three other people who sustained serious injuries have been admitted to the Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital in Allahabad.
