Hillary Clinton reveals family was 'dead broke' after Bill's presidency

Hillary Clinton has admitted that her family was "dead broke" after her husband, Bill Clinton, completed his term as the 42nd President of the United States.

During an interview with ABC News, the former secretary of state who is a possible presidential contender in 2016, revealed that as they exited the White House, they were burdened with legal fees and debt, News24 reported.

She added that they struggled to finance "mortgages, for houses" and daughter Chelsea's education.
