Shahi Imam of Delhi's Jama Masjid, Syed Ahmed Bukhari, on Tuesday said the opinion of Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed does not matter when people and governments of India and Pakistan want the relations between the two neighbours to improve.

"If both governments want it (dialogue), then who can stop it? If Indian government and Pakistani government want that relations should improve, and even people want that relations should improve then doesn't matter what opinion he (Hafiz Saeed) gives," Bukhari said after attending 'Eid Milan' programme at the Pakistani embassy here.

Saeed has reportedly warned Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif against "one-sided friendship with India".

Saeed also stated that the Pakistani establishment must not come under pressure from the international community over the Kashmir issue and stick to its principled stance, say reports.
