'Gossip Girl' star Leighton Meester and her actor beau Adam Brody are all set to walk down the aisle.

According to Star magazine, the couple is crazy about each other and had talked about getting married eventually, Radar Online reported.

The publication asserted that Meester, 27, had no idea that the 'O.C.' hunk would propose so soon, adding that the brunette beauty got the surprise of her life and she's ecstatic.

The couple got "close and friendly" on the sets of 'The Oranges' in 2011 and have been dating for at least 10 months.
