Melissa Rivers may have to sue hospital to find cause of Joan Rivers' death

Joan Rivers' daughter Melissa Rivers is willing to sue the medical center where the actress died and the doctors as well it is the only way to find out what really happened to her mother.

Sources revealed that the 46-year-old actress got advice from her lawyers that the only way to know specifically what happened was to file a lawsuit, TMZ.com reported.

The lawsuit will entitles Melissa to force doctors and facility staff to sit for sworn depositions and answer questions about what happened the day Joan stopped breathing.

Melissa earlier tried to find out the root of the problems by approaching the medical center however she was shut down by the medical staff.
