Milla Jovovich approaches court for name change again

Milla Jovovich is planning to change her name second time.

The 'Resident Evil' star, who's current name is Milla Anderson-Jovovich, is planning to switch it around to Jovovich-Anderson, TMZ.com reported.

The 38-year-old actress has also requested in the same court documents to change her 7-year-old daughter's last name with an aim to get the same name Jovovich-Anderson.

Jovovich is currently married to director Paul W.S. Anderson.
