Moscow cancels screening of a Ukranian movie

Screenings of 'Donbass', the Cannes prize-winning movie which revolved around the sensitive issue of a military conflict in East Ukraine, were cancelled in Moscow.
Directed by Ukranian director Sergey Loznitsa, 'Donbass' carved the story out of the military confrontation which stands contrary to the Russian reports, stated Hollywood Reporter
The screenings that were scheduled over the weekend were cancelled, citing 'technical' reasons.
Russian media reported that the absence of an exhibition license led to the cancellation.
According to Russia's ministry of culture, for any movie to be screened in the country requires an exhibition license.
