The Pakistan government has rejected former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf's application seeking to strike his name off from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The Interior Ministry has also formally notified Musharraf that his name would not be struck off the ECL.
Sources said Musharraf will approach the High Court in order to seek removal of his name from the ECL, Dawn News reports.
It is also expected that an application will be submitted in the Sindh High Court.
